Memahami dan mampu melaksanakan proses Rekrutmen sampai dengan Onboard dan Placement
Melakukan evaluasi Penilaian performa karyawan dan perpanjangan kontrak kerja
Penindakan indisipliner (alur kerja dan budaya kerja)
Pelaksanaan Training dan kebijakan Perusahaan
Memahami Sistem BPJS Kesehatan, Ketenagakerjaan dan Payroll
Pengurusan Legalitas Perusahaan Document Control (SOP, BPOM, Halal Perizinan)
