1. Melakukan coaching atas kinerja pencapaian target Tim Teknisi
2. Memonitor dan melakukan cek kinerja Tim Teknisi di lapangan
3. Membuat report harian
4. Memberikan strategi kepada Tim Teknisi di lapangan
5. Menghadiri morning briefing setiap pagi
Kualifikasi :
1. Berusia maksimal 35 tahun
2. Lulusan minimal S1 (Semua Jurusan)
3. Berpengalaman mengelola tim dilapangan 1 Tahun (Team Leader /Area Sales Manager dan sebagainya)
4. Memiliki Motor dan SIM C (Aktif)
5. Dapat berkomunikai dengan baik
6. Memiliki Integritas
7. Bersedia bekerja berdasarkan target
8. Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan Word, dan Office
