-Menyambut dan melayani tamu
-Menerima serta meneruskan telepon dan surat/paket, serta melakukan tugas administrasi dasar seperti mengelola log tamu, jadwal, dan arsip
-Memastikan representasi profesional dan kelancaran informasi antara tamu/klien dengan manajemen perusahaan.
- Mampu mengoprasikan sistem audio (Sound System Standart)
- Mampu mengoprasikan vidiotron/Digital Signage
- Mampu mengoprasikan Microsoft Office (Word, Exel)
- SMA/SMK Jurusan Perhotelan/Teknik Audio Vidio
