1. Melakukan pemasaran dan sosialisasi produk My Ihram (pembiayaan umrah syariah) kepada calon konsumen.
2. Mencari, menjalin, dan menjaga hubungan kerja sama dengan travel umrah resmi serta komunitas atau pihak terkait.
3. Memberikan edukasi produk kepada calon jamaah umrah terkait skema pembiayaan syariah, akad, dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
4. Melakukan verifikasi dan validasi data calon konsumen guna memastikan kelayakan pembiayaan sesuai ketentuan perusahaan
