Memberikan pelayanan secara baik kepada tamu dengan penuh keramahan
Memberikan informasi nomor pesawat, ekstension semua divisi PNM bagi yang membutuhkan
Melakukan penerimaan dan pengarsipan surat yang masuk secara sistematis
Memberikan pelayanan telepon secara tepat bagi karyawan yang membutuhkan sesuai tugas yang diberikan
Menerima informasi rekanan seluruh divisi PNM
Memelihara dan menggunakan pesawat telepon dengan baik
