- Pendidikan minimal SMA/ SMK/ MA
- Berpengalaman maksimal 1 tahun sebagai collection di perusahaan pembiayaan
- Memiliki kendaran bermotor serta SIM A/C aktif
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan berorientasi pada target
- Memiliki Sertifikasi Profesi Penagihan Pembiayaan (SPPI), khusus berpengalaman
- Melakukan penagihan kepada para konsumen sesuai wilayah tagihannya agar penerimaan angsuran konsumen dapat dilakukan secara cepat dan tepat
- Melaksanakan kebijakan collection yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan
- Melakukan tugas umum dari collection di perusahaan pembiayaan
