Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
1. Tenaga profesional yang mengunjungi dan membina para perempuan prasejahtera di daerah sesuai penempatan untuk memberikan pendampingan usaha serta literasi keuangan;
2. Mengajarkan pengelolaan keuangan sederhana, disiplin menabung, dan memastikan cicilan berjalan lancar;
3. Memberikan modal usaha kepada nasabah dengan sistem pembiayaan kelompok tanpa agunan;
4. Mendengarkan kebutuhan nasabah dan memberikan solusi terbaik.
