Admin Marketplace bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola dan memantau seluruh aktivitas penjualan di platform marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, dsb.).
- Mengunggah, memperbarui, dan mengatur katalog produk di berbagai marketplace.
- Memproses pesanan mulai dari konfirmasi pembayaran, pengemasan, hingga pengiriman.
- Menangani chat, pertanyaan, dan komplain pelanggan dengan cepat dan profesional.
- Memantau stok dan melakukan koordinasi dengan tim gudang atau produksi.
- Membuat laporan penjualan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
- Mengelola promo, diskon, dan campaign di marketplace.
- Memastikan penilaian toko dan review pelanggan terjaga positif.
- Menganalisis tren penjualan dan memberikan masukan untuk strategi pemasaran online.
