Kualifikasi:
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Barista.
- Memiliki pengetahuan luas tentang kopi dan alat-alatnya, baik manual brew maupun mesin espresso.
- Mampu mengajar dan memberikan pelatihan kepada barista baru.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
- Disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan dapat bekerja dalam tim.
- Domisili Yogyakarta (diutamakan)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Mengajari dan memberikan pelatihan kepada calon barista/barista pemula.
- Membimbing tim barista agar bekerja sesuai standar perusahaan.
