1. Menangani kasus complain customer dan permintaan kunjungan oleh customer
2. Validasi kualitas cat dengan melakukan aplikasi pada media yang sudah ditetapkan RnD.
3. Melakukan uji teknis terhadap produk yang akan di release
4. Membuat sampel panel produk untuk customer.
5. Melakukan uji aplikasi terhadap produk riset RnD.
