About the position
1. Membuat strategi untuk mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditentukan & mensosialisasikan kepada tim sales
2. Mengkoordinir & memonitoring kinerja tim sales agar dapat meningkatkan penjualan sesuai dengan target
3. Membantu tim sales & memberikan pelatihan dalam mencari, melayani, dan memantain konsumen
4. Memonitoring pembayaran customer
5. Melakukan survey dan analisis terhadap kebutuhan yang terdapat pada konsumen, trend, dan kompetitor
6. Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan konsumen, mitra kerja, dan instansi terkait
7. Melakukan evaluasi terhadap performa kerja tim sales
8. Membuat laporan penjualan
