- Melakukan survei dan penilaian kelayakan calon nasabah
- Memimpin dan mengikuti pertemuan kelompok mingguan
- Melakukan monitoring dan pendampingan nasabah
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan nasabah dan lingkungan setempat
