Kualifikasi
- Mahasiswa tingkat akhir atau fresh graduate dari semua jurusan
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer atau laptop dengan baik
- Teliti, komunikatif, dan memiliki kemampuan pelayanan pelanggan yang baik
- Berpenampilan rapi dan memiliki sikap profesional
- Bersedia bekerja secara onsite di butik Ivory Studio (Condongcatur, Sleman)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Mencatat serta merekap seluruh interaksi pelanggan, baik dari chat, balasan story, maupun kunjungan langsung (termasuk permintaan sewa dan custom).
- Mengisi buku tamu dan menjaga kerapian data kunjungan pelanggan.
- Membantu pelayanan langsung di butik, termasuk proses pengukuran pelanggan.
- Membantu pencatatan daftar produk rehab untuk diteruskan ke pihak terkait.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim sales atau admin lain untuk memastikan kelengkapan data dan kebutuhan pelanggan.
