About the position
- Memiliki pengalaman barista min 1 tahun dan kemampuan kalibrasi
- Mengontrol dan menjaga kualitas dari produksi espresso
- Mengawasi dan memastikan perawatan rutin pada mesin produksi
- Membuat laporan harian atau mingguan mengenai hasil produksi, pengunaan bahan baku serta permasalahan saat produksi
- Menganalisis dan melaporkan masalah yang terjadi dalam proses produksi, serta mencari solusi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi
- Mematuhi dan menjalankan SOP yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan untuk memastikan proses produksi berjalan dengan baik dan terorganisir
- Bersedia bekerja shift di akhir pekan dan hari libur nasional
- Memiliki kondisi fisik yang sehat
