Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik Otomotif
Mempunyai pengelaman minimal 1 tahun
Paham dan mengerti tentang mesin dan perawatannya
Dapat bekerja sama dengan tim
Menguasai Electrical (Kelistrikan)Melakukan perbaikan dan pengecekan berkala unit (CDD, Fuso, dll)
Melakukan list sparepart untuk perbaikan (kampas kopling, turun mesin, gardan,dll)
Melakukan pemeriharaan rutin, termasuk perawatan mesin, sistem rem, sistem pendingin dan lainnya
Melakukan troubleshooting dan menemukan solusi saat kendaraan mengalami masalah
