About the position
- Mengupload data call plan harian ke mobile kit yang dibawa oleh salesman.
- Mengikuti briefing pagi dengan Supervisor Sales Distributor dan Prinsipal.
- Mengecek dan memastikan faktur/invoice yang akan dibawa sesuai dengan call plan harian.
- Mengunjungi, menagih, dan menginput pesanan pembelian (purchasing order) sesuai dengan call plan harian. Menginformasikan ke Admin Invoicing (Adm Sales) jika outlet mengajukan retur.
- Memastikan stok dan display produk yang ada di outlet sudah sesuai.
- Menjalin hubungan baik dengan outlet.
- Menginformasikan ke outlet program-program yang berlaku.
- Memastikan outlet melakukan pembayaran dengan benar dan TEPAT WAKTU.
- Jika ada outlet baru (NOO), wajib melampirkan KIL dan seluruh dokumen yang lengkap.
- Memastikan faktur/invoice yang tercetak sudah sesuai dengan pesanan pembelian (purchasing order) outlet.
