6. Memahami mengenai teknologi
7. Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan komputer
8. Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan mesin produksi
9. Sehat jasmani dan rohani
10. Siap kerja dengan target
11. Siap dengan tekanan kerja
12. Gaji per bulan Rp. 1.800.000,- selama masa training
13. Masuk kerja 6 hari, libur 1 hari (sesuai jadwal yang telah ditetapkan oleh leader)
14. Siap masuk kerja segera setelah diterima
