About the position
Seorang Trainer Service Advisor memiliki peran dalam menjembatani aspek teknis bengkel dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Fokus utamanya adalah membekali Service Advisor (SA) dengan keterampilan komunikasi, teknik penjualan, dan pemahaman teknis agar mereka mampu menjadi konsultan otomotif yang handal. Tanggung jawab sebagai trainer service advisor meliputi :
1. Penyusunan program pelatihan dan product knowledge
2. Pelaksanaan training softskill, hardskill, dan roleplay
3. Melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi pencapaian dari SA
4. Memberikan coaching pada SA
