Kualifikasi Umum 1. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK atau sederajat. 2. Pengalaman di bidang sales, marketing, recruitment, atau talent management (Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar). 3. Menguasai penggunaan aplikasi TikTok dan tren live streaming. 4. Komunikatif, aktif, pekerja keras, dan mampu bekerja mencapai target. 5. Kemampuan komunikasi & negosiasi yang baik. Tugas Utama 1. Mencari & merekrut talent potensial TikTok (creator/host/live streamer) 2. Menghubungi calon talent dan menjelaskan program/kerja sama. 3. Mengarahkan talent dalam membuat strategi live streaming. 4. Memantau performa talent dan memberikan feedback untuk peningkatan. 5. Memenuhi target jumlah talent baru dan meningkatkan performance talent. 6. Stay up to date dengan tren TikTok, algoritma, dan strategi konten yang efektif.
