- prepare bahan bahan masakan - potong daging - potong sayur - menyiapkan bahan yg akan dimasak oleh koki - menghitung stok transit bahan - Bekerja sama dengan tim sesuai SOP - Memiliki pengalaman min 1 th sebagai Butcher lebih disukai, Freshgraduate diperbolehkan melamar - Disiplin, jujur & tanggung jawab Benefit: 1.
