About the position
Pekerjaan
- Menata dan menjaga display produk agar sesuai planogram, menarik, dan mudah diakses konsumen.
- Memastikan ketersediaan stok di rak dan gudang, termasuk melakukan pengisian ulang (replenish).
- Memantau harga, promo, dan POSM agar sesuai ketentuan perusahaan dan outlet.
- Melakukan pengecekan kualitas produk, termasuk expiry date, kebersihan area display, dan kondisi kemasan.
- Melaporkan aktivitas dan kondisi outlet kepada atasan, termasuk stok, penjualan, kompetitor, serta kebutuhan material display
Kualifikasi :
- Usia, sudah usia cukup kerja (18 - 35 Tahun)
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja sebagai MD (minimal 1 tahun)
- Merupakan orang dari area local tersebut (Menguasai market/area deploymentnya)
- Target Oriented
- Memiliki skill management (Inventory management, Stock management)
- Memiliki SIM C dan motor
