- Pendidikan SMU/SMK/DIII/S-1 Semua Jurusan
- Memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki pengalaman dibidang garmen minimal 2 tahun
- Mampu memenuhi target penjualan
- Memasarkan dan menjual produk atau jasa di berbagai channel penjualan
- Mencari dan mengembangkan pelanggan baru
- Mampu menjaga hubungan dengan pelanggan yang ada
- Mampu menganalisis pasar dan kompetitor
- Menyusun strategi penjualan
- Melakukan presentasi dan negosiasi
- Paham melakukan penjualan secara online melalui media sosial / marketplace (Facebook, IG)
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke luar kota untuk memasarkan produk secara offline, mencari NOO, maintain customer
