About the position
Jobdesk :
- Memimpin dan membina tim sales untuk mencapai target penjualan Haji Plus.
- Mengatur strategi penjualan dan mengawasi proses follow-up hingga closing.
- Mengelola database prospek dan memastikan pelayanan yang profesional.
- Memberikan edukasi mengenai program Haji Plus kepada calon jamaah.
- Menyusun laporan penjualan dan progres tim secara berkala.
- Berkoordinasi dengan manajemen untuk kelancaran proses pendaftaran.
Kualifikasi:
- Pengalaman sebagai TL sales minimal 1 tahun (lebih disukai di bidang Umroh/Haji/Perbankan).
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan memimpin tim.
- Komunikatif, proaktif, dan berorientasi pada hasil.
- Siap bekerja mobile/lapangan.
