Menjual dan Memasarkan: Menawarkan produk/jasa ke calon pelanggan baru maupun lama.
Membangun Hubungan: Menjalin dan menjaga hubungan baik (relasi) dengan pelanggan dan dealer/rekanan.
Survei dan Analisis: Melakukan survei kelayakan konsumen (misal untuk kredit) dan menganalisis kebutuhan mereka.
Negosiasi & Penutupan: Melakukan negosiasi untuk mencapai kesepakatan yang saling menguntungkan.
Administrasi: Membuat laporan kredit, memastikan kelengkapan persyaratan, dan memantau proses aplikasi.
Follow-up: Memastikan pembayaran angsuran lancar dan menindaklanjuti proses penjualan.
