* Mengawasi dan membina tim Sales.
* Menetapkan target harian/mingguan dan memastikan tercapai.
* Melakukan briefing, coaching, dan evaluasi kinerja tim.
* Monitoring aktivitas lapangan dan memastikan SOP dipatuhi.
* Membuat laporan penjualan & progres tim ke manajemen.
* Rekrutmen awal, pendampingan, serta training basic untuk sales baru.
* Membantu menyelesaikan kendala lapangan (area, stok, kompetitor, pelanggan).
