• Upload dan update produk (judul, deskripsi, foto, harga, stok)
• Optimasi konten produk agar mudah ditemukan (SEO marketplace)
• Memastikan stok dan varian selalu akurat
• Memantau pesanan masuk di semua marketplace
• Memastikan pesanan diproses tepat waktu
• Koordinasi dengan tim gudang/packing untuk pengiriman
• Membalas chat dan pertanyaan pelanggan dengan cepat dan sopan
• Menyelesaikan komplain dan kendala transaksi
• Memberikan informasi promo atau update produk
• Rekap order harian/mingguan/bulanan
• Cek status pembayaran & retur
• Monitor biaya ongkir, voucher, dan cashback
• Mengelola campaign, promo toko, dan iklan berbayar (Ads/SPonsor)
• Monitor performa toko: rating, ulasan, skor toko
