About the position
Persyaratan:
Minimal S1 jurusan Manajemen, Pemasaran, Komunikasi, atau bidang terkait.
Minimal 2 tahun di bidang Marketplace, E-commerce Specialist, atau sebagai Leader.
Mahir mengoperasikan Seller Center (Shopee, Lazada, dll).
Memahami strategi promo, campaign, ads, SEO marketplace.
Mahir menghitung dan menganalisis metrik CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
Memiliki kemampuan dalam mengelola budget iklan besar dengan target ROAS yang ditentukan.
Mahir dalam Google SpreadSheet (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic dashboard) untuk analisis data penjualan.
Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat, berorientasi pada target dan detail, komunikatif, dan problem solver.
Penempatan di Yogyakarta.
Tugas Utama:
Mengelola akun marketplace (Shopee, Lazada dll)
Mengatur dan mengawasi tim marketplace
Mengontrol penjualan, stok, dan performa toko
Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi promo
Menangani evaluasi penjualan dan laporan
Menjaga pelayanan pelanggan dan rating toko
