About the position
1. Bertanggung jawab untuk presensi maupun overtime kurir, operator daily worker dan ops.
2. Handle paket miss destination, misroute, damage atau lost.
3. Melakukan sanggah email terkait complain hub maupun customer.
4. Pembuatan akun kurir under OS.
5. Pengisian data OTM (Order Tracking Management).
Kualifikasi:
1. Laki-Laki/Wanita
2. Pendidikan minimal SMA.
3. Berpengalaman sebagai Admin di bidang Logistik minimal 1 tahun.
4. Mahir menggunakan Excel, terutama rumus-rumus basic.
5. Bersedia bekerja shifting dan bekerja mobile.
