About the position
1. Melakukan pemeliharaan rutin terhadap perangkat mesin EDC agar senantiasa dalam kondisi optimal dan siap digunakan oleh merchant.
2. Menangani dan menyelesaikan permasalahan teknis pada mesin EDC maupun peralatan kerja lainnya, baik perangkat keras (hardware) maupun perangkat lunak (software).
3. Melakukan akuisisi dan sosialisasi aplikasi POSe Mobile (aplikasi kasir, produk PCS Payment) kepada merchant sebagai bagian dari program pengembangan produk perusahaan.
4. Menjaga, merawat, dan memastikan ketersediaan serta kelayakan alat kerja dan material yang digunakan untuk mendukung kelancaran operasional di lapangan.
5. Melaksanakan pekerjaan teknis lainnya yang diberikan oleh atasan atau dibutuhkan dalam proses operasional, termasuk instalasi, troubleshooting, dan pendampingan merchant.
Dengan demikian, tugas utama seorang MERI adalah:
- Maintenance perangkat EDC
- Akuisisi dan implementasi POSe Mobile
