• Usia maksimal 35 tahun
• Pendidikan min SMA/SMK jurusan Teknik
• Memahami Dasar Elektronika
• Dapat menggunakan Alat Teknik (AVO Meter)
• Memahami peralatan memasak dan permasalahannya
• Memahami wilayah area Pemalang dan sekitarnya
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
• Bertanggung jawab dalam memastikan proses kegiatan operasional berdasarkan SOP
• Bertanggung jawab atas perbaikan teknis produk
• Bertanggung jawab pelaporan kunjungan service yang telah di lakukan
• Bertanggung jawab atas pengembalian produk yang di service kepada konsumen sesuai dengan target yang di tentukan
• Bertanggung jawab atas servqual survey terhadap konsumen
• Bertangung jawab atas produk produk pinjaman ke konsumen
