- Membersihkan semua piring, tempat kerja, peralatan memasak, dan area penyimpanan sesuai dengan peraturan keamanan pangan
- Mencuci, memotong, dan mengolah bahan untuk digunakan selanjutnya
- Menyimpan dan menyiapkan bahan baku
- Membantu memantau persediaan bahan baku
- Mematuhi SOP (standard opeational procedure) perusahaan
