About the position
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Staff (prefer in manufacturing)
- Understanding of stock management & FIFO/LIFO systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Spreadsheet)
- Physically fit, meticulous, and disciplined
- Able to work independently and in a team
Job Description:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods/materials (kitchen equipment & stainless steel components)
- Store goods in the warehouse according to type, size, and category so that they are neatly organized and secure
- Prepare and issue goods/materials based on production or sales requests (delivery orders)
- Conduct regular stock takes and report any discrepancies
- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and security of the warehouse area
- Manage warehouse administration using Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet
- Ensure that goods are properly packaged and handled before shipment
- Coordinate with the Purchasing, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure the smooth flow of goods.
