Sosialisasi & Rekrutmen:
Memperkenalkan program Mekaar dan mencari calon nasabah UMKM di masyarakat.
Uji Kelayakan:
Melakukan survei dan wawancara mendalam (Qualitative Credit Analysis) untuk memastikan kelayakan calon nasabah.
Pendampingan & Pencairan:
Mempersiapkan berkas pembiayaan dan memfasilitasi pencairan dana kepada nasabah terpilih.
Pembinaan Kelompok:
Mengelola kelompok nasabah, memimpin pertemuan mingguan, serta memberikan edukasi kewirausahaan dan manajemen keuangan.
Monitoring & Maintenance:
Menjaga hubungan baik, memantau perkembangan usaha nasabah, dan memastikan pembayaran cicilan berjalan lancar.
