Perawatan Preventif: Melakukan inspeksi rutin dan perawatan terjadwal untuk mencegah kerusakan.
Perbaikan Cepat: Mengatasi kerusakan atau kegagalan sistem secara cepat dan efisien saat terjadi.
Manajemen Utilitas: Memastikan pasokan listrik, air, dan sistem pendingin berjalan lancar.
Keselamatan & Keamanan: Mengawasi sistem alarm kebakaran, detektor asap, dan kamera pengawas.
Manajemen Energi: Mengontrol konsumsi energi dan mencari cara untuk efisiensi.
Manajemen Proyek: Merencanakan dan mengawasi instalasi atau renovasi fasilitas baru.
