About the position
- Mengelola hubungan kerja sama dengan channel partner secara berkelanjutan.
- Menjadi penghubung utama antara perusahaan dan channel/mitra.
- Mengidentifikasi peluang kerja sama baru dengan channel potensial.
- Melakukan negosiasi kerja sama, program, dan kesepakatan bisnis dengan channel.
- Mengkoordinasikan implementasi program channel (campaign, promo, event, aktivasi).
- Memantau performa channel (penjualan, engagement, distribusi, exposure).
- Menyusun laporan berkala terkait aktivitas dan kinerja channel.
- Menangani kebutuhan, kendala, dan feedback dari channel partner.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim internal (marketing, sales, product, finance) untuk memastikan kelancaran kerja sama channel.
- Menjaga citra dan reputasi perusahaan di mata mitra/channel.
