About the position
Pendidikan Minimal:
- D3 dengan jurusan Keperawatan, atau Farmasi.
- Diploma (D3) dalam bidang Keperawatan (Perawat), terutama untuk posisi di fasilitas kesehatan yang lebih besar.
- Untuk standar internasional (seperti EMT-Basic), diperlukan penyetaraan dan pelatihan khusus.
- Sertifikasi Wajib & Pelatihan Khusus:
- STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) dari Konsil Tenaga Kesehatan Indonesia (KTKI) sesuai dengan bidang keahlian (misalnya, STR Perawat untuk lulusan keperawatan). Ini adalah syarat mutlak untuk praktik.
- Sertifikat Kompetensi dari institusi pendidikan atau lembaga pelatihan berizin.
- Sertifikasi Bantuan Hidup Dasar (BHD) / Basic Life Support (BLS) dan Bantuan Hidup Jantung Lanjut (BHJL) / Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) dari lembaga terakreditasi (seperti PERKI, AHA, atau ARC).
- Sertifikasi Trauma, seperti Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS) atau PPGD (Penanggulangan Penderita Gawat Darurat).
