"1. Operasional Harian
Mengawasi kelancaran pelayanan dari pendaftaran hingga pasien selesai berobat.
Memastikan jadwal dokter dan ruang perawatan sesuai rencana.
Mengatur shift dan jadwal kerja staf.
2. Pelayanan Pasien
Menyambut pasien asing dan domestik dengan ramah.
Melayani percakapan dan korespondensi dalam bahasa Inggris.
Menjelaskan prosedur, biaya, dan jadwal perawatan kepada pasien.
3. Administrasi & Pelaporan
Memastikan catatan pasien lengkap dan akurat.
Membuat laporan operasional harian/mingguan kepada manajemen.
Mengelola stok perlengkapan klinik bersama tim terkait."
