About the position

1. Pengertian Singkat Musyrif: pembina/asrama santri putra Musyrifah: pembina/asrama santri putri Peran utamanya mendampingi santri dalam ibadah, akhlak, disiplin, dan kehidupan harian di asrama. 2. Persyaratan Umum Meliputi: a. Muslim/Muslimah, berakhlak baik b. Pendidikan minimal SMA/MA/sederajat (lebih diutamakan D3/S1) c. Mampu membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik (diutamakan hafal Juz ‘Amma / tahfidz) d. Siap tinggal di asrama (mondok) e. Sehat jasmani & rohani d. Disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu menjadi teladan 3. Persyaratan Khusus (jika ada) Meliputi : a. Alumni pesantren/pendidikan Islam b. Mampu mengajar dasar (ngaji, fiqih, akhlak) c. Pengalaman organisasi atau kepengasuhan santri d. Tidak merokok (untuk musyrif) e. Bersedia mengabdi minimal 1 tahun
