About the position
1.Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin pada sistem HVAC (AC, ventilasi), instalasi listrik (arus kuat/lemah, panel, genset), perpipaan (air bersih, hydrant, STP), dan lift untuk mencegah kerusakan.
2. Menangani keluhan dan memperbaiki kerusakan yang terjadi, seperti AC mati, lampu padam, atau kebocoran.
3. Memastikan operasional sistem vital seperti listrik, air, dan sistem keamanan (CCTV, alarm kebakaran) berjalan lancar.
4. Merawat sarana dan prasarana gedung secara keseluruhan, termasuk perbaikan ringan pada struktur bangunan atau fasilitas lainnya.
5. Mencatat semua aktivitas, laporan perbaikan, dan konsumsi utilitas harian untuk atasan.
Pelayanan Pengguna: Berinteraksi dengan penghuni gedung untuk menyelesaikan permintaan terkait masalah teknis.
