About the position
- Membuat konsep, naskah, dan konten visual (foto, video, reels, artikel, dll.) sesuai dengan strategi brand.
- Melakukan riset tren media sosial dan mengembangkan ide kreatif yang relevan dengan audiens target.
- Mengelola dan menjadwalkan posting konten di berbagai platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, dll).
- Bekerja sama dengan tim desain, marketing, dan videographer untuk menghasilkan konten berkualitas.
- Menganalisis performa konten menggunakan data insight dan membuat laporan evaluasi.
- Menjaga konsistensi tone, gaya visual, dan pesan brand di semua materi konten.
- Melibatkan audiens melalui interaksi aktif di media sosial (komentar, DM, live, dll).
- Membantu dalam pembuatan konten untuk campaign promosi, event, dan branding perusahaan
