About the position
1. Melakukan penagihan atau penarikan unit nasabah overdue berdasarkan areanya.
2. Menyerahkan uang hasil penagihan kepada Teller atau menyerahkan unit tarikan kepada warehouse yang dilengkapi dengan dokumen pendukung.
3. Memastikan unit yang diterima merupakan unit objek pembiayaan perusahaan.
4. Menjelaskan dan menawarkan kepada Nasabah mengenai program Rehab (Rescheduling & Restructuring).
5. Melakukan survey dan analisa terhadap Nasabah pada program Rehab.
6. Menyusun laporan survey untuk program rehab sesuia dengan kondisi yang sebenarnya dengan melampirkan dokumen pendukung.
