1. Bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga dan memastikan kelancaran pembayaran kontrak-kontrak konsumen.
2. Bertanggung jawab melakukan visit konsumen untuk kelancaran pembayaran yang tertunggak.
3. Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan pengamanan serta penarikan barang apabila kontrak pastdue 1-90 pada konsumen yang bermasalah.
4. Bertanggung jawab meminimalisir terjadinya kontrak roll rate 31, 91 dan memaksimalkan back to current bucket 1-90.
