Melakukan penagihan / penerimaan unit kendaraan atas nasabah yang melakukan keterlambatan pembayaran, Memastikan unit yang diterima merupakan unit obyek pembiayaan perusahaan, Menjelaskan dan menawarkan kepada nasabah mengenai program rehab, yaitu perubahan jadwal pembayaran kewajiban debitur atau jangka waktu dan perubahan komposisi dari pembiayaan yang telah mendasari pemberian kredit (rescheduling dan restructuring).
