Communication Support Specialist (Marketing Executive)

About the position
1. Core Responsibilities:
- Translate marketing strategy and planning into execution and deployment.
- Utilize strong on-ground knowledge of South Tangerang and South Jakarta to determine the right communication channels.
- Lead marketing and promotional activities, including rolling out campaigns cascaded from HQ and developing local initiatives.
- Manage offline marketing activities: branding placement, sponsorships, vendor coordination, and weekly reporting on effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with agencies to ensure excellent brand presence and perform competitor analysis.
2. Essential Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in a marketing role or marketing agency, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience executing events from planning to reporting.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
3. Desirable Criteria
- Experience working in a marketing agency or marketing role in another company.
- Experience dealing with clients and vendors in deploying marketing materials.
