2. Mampu memimpin tim dan tegas
3. Teliti, rapi, dan bertanggung jawab
4. Siap kerja dengan target
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
1. Mengawasi proses press pakaian
2. Membagi pekerjaan berdasarkan prioritas order.
3. Memastikan operator bekerja sesuai SOP dan target harian.
4. Mencatat jumlah output harian, dan melaporkan kendala produksi, kerusakan mesin, dan keterlambatan kepada pihak manajemen.
