2. Mencatat dan melaporkan jenis kerusakan dan hasil service
3. Mencatat dan melaporkan kebutuhan yang diperlukan untuk perbaikan
4. Melakukan kunjungan ke toko untuk pengecekan dan perbaikan sepeda listrik/jika dibutuhkan
5. Memberikan pelayanan teknis kepada pelanggan
