-Pemantauan piutang, penagihan melalui telepon atau email, negosiasi pembayaran, serta penanganan masalah pelanggan terkait tunggakan.
-Melakukan verifikasi data dan memantau jadwal pembayaran pelanggan untuk mengidentifikasi tunggakan.
-Menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi pelanggan terkait tunggakan atau proses penagihan.
-Melatih dan membimbing anggota tim yang lebih junior, serta memberikan masukan kepada manajemen untuk perbaikan proses.
