About the position
- Membantu proses administrasi & mengelola catatan data terkait semua stok barang.
- Memastikan kesesuaian stok barang fisik dengan data stok barang di sistem.
- Memastikan barang yang masuk dan keluar tercatat dengan benar
- Memantau proses keluar masuk barang sehingga tepat dan sesuai dengan prosedur kerja.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim serta memantau proses operasional gudang guna memastikan bahwa pengiriman barang dapat terlaksana secara tepat prosedur dan tepat waktu.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim untuk menerapkan proses/sistem penyimpanan dan pengambilan barang yang efisiensi dan efektif.
- Memelihara dan membantu perawatan peralatan, termasuk membersihkan dan memperbaiki forklift, jack palet, dan mesin lainnya
