Kualifikasi
1. Crew wajib mematuhi seluruh peraturan toko, kebijakan perusahaan dan prosedur keselamatan bekerja.
2. 18-27 tahun berjiwa muda, agile, energetic.
3. Minimal lulusan SMA/SMK atau setara, memiliki pengalaman di bidang retail menjadi nilai tambah.
4. Memiliki keterampilan pelayanan pelanggan yang baik dengan sikap positif, ramah dan sopa.
5. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang kuat.
6. Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun tim.
7. Bersedia bekerja 4-5 hari perminggu dengan system shift (weekdays & weekend).
8. Menguasai operasi computer dasar (system POS atau Microsoft Office).
9. Memiliki perhatian yang tinggi terhadap detail dan keterampilan organisasi yang baik.
