Posisi yang umum adalah Smartfren 4G Specialist (SGS) atau Smartfren Direct Selling (SDS), yang sering kali memerlukan kerja lapangan dan interaksi langsung dengan pelanggan di berbagai lokasi ramai. Selain itu, ada juga posisi Supervisor Sales (SGL) yang tugasnya lebih berfokus pada memimpin dan mengarahkan tim penjualan.
